SYNTHETIC REALITY S.A.C. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Cyberblade Battles (“Game” or “Services”), a VR multiplayer experience available on Meta Quest 2 and newer devices. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Game and any related websites or services provided by us. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Account and Access

• Meta Account Usage:

  Cyberblade Battles is accessed using your existing Meta account. By logging in with your Meta account, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the applicable Meta account terms and conditions.

• Age Requirements:

  You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and provide consent for your use of the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so and assume full responsibility for that minor’s use of our Services.

2. In-Game Purchases and Digital Goods

Cyberblade Battles may offer in-game purchases or digital goods. All purchases made through our Services are subject to these Terms and any additional purchase terms presented at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for all transactions made through your Meta account, and any disputes regarding payments should be directed to us as specified in the Contact section below.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership:

  All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property in Cyberblade Battles are the property of SYNTHETIC REALITY S.A.C. or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.

• Limited License:

  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our Services without our prior written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation or security of our Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of our Services.
• Exploit, cheat, or manipulate the Game in any manner.
